Three words: Left Oh Verz
In this case: salmon tacos with fresh mango salsa which I made last night for my visiting aunt, and which I'll be enjoying at least through tomorrow. In case anyone is interested in the salsa recipe:
2 mangos, cubed
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cubed
juice of 2-3 small limes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
salt to taste
